Industrea's history dates back to 1987 when it was established as GPS Online Limited. Following its listing in 1999, the company began its specialisation in the provision of mining productivity and safety equipment in 2005 with the acquisition of the first of its diesel manufacturing businesses, P J Berriman and Co. Changing its name to Industrea Limited in 2007 the company has had an impressive growth path through acquisitions and organic growth to the diversified business that it is today.
Industrea reported revenues of $259.5 million in the 2008/09 financial year, and has approximately 340 employees. |
